Each of the six color-coded putties features standard resistances, with a progressive firmness that ranges from xx-soft to x-firm.
With every squeeze, pinch, stretch, grip, and twist, TheraPutty strengthens hand muscles, increases grip strength, and improves fine motor skills, guiding patients towards healthier hands and fingers. The versatility of the putty enables a wide range of exercises, including flexion, extension, press, pinch, and adduction, and it can even be used to exercise the toes.
The convenient size and easy-to-open containers of TheraPutty allow users to complement the therapy work done at the clinic or hospital, enabling them to continue their strength and mobility progress at home. Each color may be used independently or as part of a progressive resistance exercise program. With six resistance levels available, increasing the challenge is as simple as adding to the amount of putty being used, increasing the number of repetitions, or changing the putty to one with a higher resistance.
Designed for easy home use, TheraPutty comes in handy, resealable containers sized at 2 oz., 3 oz., 4 oz., and 6 oz. Larger size containers of 1 lb. and 5 lbs. are also available for clinic and hospital use. Sets at the selected size include 6 containers, 1 at each firmness level.
